It has been a while! I apologize for the long delay in posts. I have had a lot going on in life. It has been a bit rough of late. Hopefully the posts will continue and I won't ignore this for another 6 months or so.

Momocon Success!

Sorry I wasn't able to post until now. Everything has been busy. I was able to put out two costumes for Momocon, and Momiji turned out awesome. I loved the venue this year. So much space, and so many things to do! They will definitely continue to grow in to the location. I got to meet some really awesome people and had tons of fun. It also helped that the hotel we were staying at was pretty close to the GWCC. So we were able to walk and not have to worry about driving in downtown Atlanta. Now I have to deal with the Post-Con Depression, and wait for Anime Weekend Atlanta in September. Four new costumes to work on as well!

I also forgot to mention that I started watching Steven Universe and I LOVE it. I know I will be making several gem cosplays over the next few conventions. Malachite will be one of them if I can rig up 4 arm legs.... We shall see!

Booked!

We have gotten our room for Momocon! Finally! This will be the smallest group of people we have ever had in a room at a convention as well. Only 3 of us. Hotwire also gave us an awesome deal. We'll be staying at The Ellis in Atlanta. Not only does the hotel look beautiful inside and out, it is supposedly haunted.Needless to say, it will definitely be a fun experience. It is less than a mile away from the convention, so on those nights where we are questionable to drive, we can walk. This is the closest we have ever been to the convention as well. Hopefully everything works out well, and I actually start working on my cosplay soon. I am so lazy. T^T Oh well. I work better under pressure. I hope to see a lot of people there, and meet a lot of new people! Also attend all of the awesome panels they will have this year. Hopefully we can make it to Ke Jiang's panels, and The Nostalgia Critic's as well. To everyone out there going, I hope you all have a wonderful time!

Any fellow hoopers out there?

I don't know if you shop around or make your own hoops, but I have ordered through a seller on Etsy and let me say this, they are AMAZING! HoopMamas is a seller on etsy and they sell custom made hula hoops. You pick everything you want, and they make it for you and send it out. I ordered mine in March, and got it about 2 weeks later. The one I ordered was one of their custom budget travel hoops. You get to decided the hoop size, tubing, decorative tape, and grip tape. So many options. Since I am a beginner, and it was my first hoop, I ordered mine in size 39, 3/4" 100 PSI tubing, and I got the UV pink grip tape with the black sparkle decorative tape. I wanted something that I wouldn't have to worry about messing up with while I learned. Something stable. That's definitely what I got. A little less than 2 weeks later it was at my doorstep. Wrapped in bubble wrap and collapsed in a figure 8. This hoop is figure 8 collapsible. I got a cute little note with it, my order form, and my amazing hoop. I have a few pictures, but this is after using it almost every day for over the past month, so the grip tape is a little dirty now.

I love it, and will definitely be ordering all of my hoops through them. I have advanced so much since I got this a little over a month ago. They also have more advanced hoops for the more advanced people. So make sure the next time you are thinking about buying a hoop online, to check out their store.

I also forgot to mention, they seem to have the best prices I have seen, Especially for the work that they put in to these hula hoops. So save some money, and get your moneys worth.

Bodyline.

I will be making my first purchase through them soon. I am so excited and nervous. :3 After a lot of research and comparisons, I think I have narrowed it down to a few different options. I am still not completely sure.

Hopefully I can make up my mind soon. Or I may end up ordering two. Either way I will let everyone know when I get them, and make sure to post some pictures for reference as well, for anyone out there wanting to order.

Momocon! May 28-31, 2015!

Hooray! Momocon is a little over a month away! I haven't completed anything for Momiji Inubashiri yet. *sighs* I always put it off too long. Unlike in the past though, I actually have most of the stuff I need for this cosplay already. I can start on it any time. Well, when I am not actually working. I am hoping that this outfit actually comes out well. I am starting with nothing. I was originally planning on having 3 costumes, but.... I put it off too long. So the others have to wait.

I am very excited to see Ke Jiang from "That Game Company" again though. He seems like a very nice, interesting man. I will be at his panels again. Words can not describe how much I love Journey.

I should at least probably start on my skirt. Like maybe now. T^T

I'm Back!

Hello! After several years of hiatus on this website, I have finally decided to start all over. I didn't have much to begin with anyways. Not like I lost much. Any who, this blog will be a bit more personal than my actual tumblr, and probably have more than just gifs, music, and butts. (Here's hoping.) I don't think people would mind the butts too much. Also, this website seems to have changed a lot in the past 5 years, (yes, 5) and I am excited to dive back in and see what all it has to offer now! Hopefully you all LOVE hearing about my life.

 I will also start doing reviews on circle lenses from Uniqso, and items from other sites. Probably reviewing sellers on Aliexpress, and Ebay. Just so people know who is legit, and who to avoid. (I also do wayyyy too much online shopping.) I don't know if that is something I should admit or not.

I will also post convention schedules, and cosplay progress. So hopefully if there is anyone else on here that attends them, we can share experiences. Let's also not forget the modeling photos. I have so much to offer! Hopefully you all enjoy it.
