Momocon 2016!
Wow. I was just looking at my post from around this time last year. Hard to believe that I have been neglecting my blog that much! Haha! I apologize.
So hopefully I can get all of the funds together to attend Momocon this year! It will be their second year in the Georgia World Congress Center, and last year it was HUGE! I am really excited. Hopefully everything will work out and I will be able to attend. I recently became unemployed again after working the job I had for a couple years. Long story short, money has been a bit tight. Luckily, I started getting everything for this cosplay months ago. I have just about everything I need for it. This year will be Windranger from Dota 2. I am pretty excited about it. I started playing Dota years ago, and she was the hero that I started out with.
She will always be my favorite. On top of that, I am making the Sparrowhawk bow to go with it! I have never made a prop like this before, and I actually went ahead and bought some of the black worbla to work with. I want to try to make this prop last, and I want to make it look as accurate as possible. I will continue to work on this, and even if I don't make it to Momo this year, there will be other conventions this year, and I will have one ready to go!
Either way, I am excited to see what else everyone else attending comes up with this year. I am also really stoked to see the Gaming room. It is supposed to be bigger than last year, and last year it was ginormous. Got to get in some DDR time. :3

New Lenses from Uniqso!
Alright guys! My first ever review!
Let's see how this goes.
Let me start out by saying that they got here in about the amount of time that they said they would. So that was a plus. I needed them before a certain time, and couldn't risk them running behind.
They came in a cute little box, with a case. I got the I-Codi Colors of the Wind in Kiwi Sherbet. They are a very beautiful green. Since my eyes are naturally green/hazel, they blend quite well. They are 15mm, which isn't anything new to me, with a base curve of 8.6mm and water content of 38%. I was a little worried that they would be uncomfortable, but I was severely wrong. I think they are the most comfortable contacts I have ever worn, on top of being the most natural looking in my eyes.
Overall, these lenses are perfect. 5/5 in everything from color, to comfort. I think the Colors of the Wind contacts may be my new favorite. I definitely will be ordering I-Codi again, and I definitely will be ordering them through Uniqso. The best first purchase experience I've had in a long time.
Thanks for stopping by!

Review Coming Soon!
I have been slack at posting again! Hooray.... not really though.
Anyways, I will be doing my first ever review, of my first ever pair of Uniqso lenses. I will have it up asap. They are my new favorites. Enough of that for now... You will see.
I am working on Windranger from Dota 2 for Momocon, currently. Hopefully I will have her done in time. I only have a few more weeks to get her finished.
Also, I started my own page on facebook! I have fixed my link on the right. If you're confused, here.... link. It'll just be another thing for me to keep up with! Hooray! Really this time!

Hello!
It has been a while! I apologize for the long delay in posts. I have had a lot going on in life. It has been a bit rough of late. Hopefully the posts will continue and I won't ignore this for another 6 months or so.

Momocon Success!
Sorry I wasn't able to post until now. Everything has been busy. I was able to put out two costumes for Momocon, and Momiji turned out awesome. I loved the venue this year. So much space, and so many things to do! They will definitely continue to grow in to the location. I got to meet some really awesome people and had tons of fun. It also helped that the hotel we were staying at was pretty close to the GWCC. So we were able to walk and not have to worry about driving in downtown Atlanta. Now I have to deal with the Post-Con Depression, and wait for Anime Weekend Atlanta in September. Four new costumes to work on as well!
I also forgot to mention that I started watching Steven Universe and I LOVE it. I know I will be making several gem cosplays over the next few conventions. Malachite will be one of them if I can rig up 4 arm legs.... We shall see!
